Many and varied Cabaret Performance Events have been initiated and produced by Sandi Durell and have included well known and seasoned performers from Broadway and Off-Broadway, as well as newcomers. Cabaret evenings have been held at various locations in New York City including B. Smith's Rooftop Cafe, The Red Blazer, Garrick Bistro, The Players Club and The Triad Theater. Many of the Cabaret Evenings, past and present, are devoted to benefit charities and non-profit groups. Benefiting organizations have included the TOPA Foundation, The Genesius Guild, The Phyllis Newman Women's Health Initiative of the Actors' Fund, Dress For Success, Gods Love We Deliver, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
